Our project at Pajares Salinas in Bogotá revitalized one of the city’s most traditional restaurants. In 2020, the restaurant underwent an ambitious renovation, expanding significantly to include private dining rooms and a gourmet store. The transformation was crafted in collaboration with architect Mauricio Torres, creating a modern yet timeless space that honors its rich history while offering an elevated dining experience.
